Making an appointment with Katrine Horn
You can request an appointment with Katrine Horn. To do so, you can fill in a questionnaire about yourself and the object of your consultation. Fill in the questionnaire
You will leave your contact details (Skype, Messenger, Whatsapp or telephone number) so that Katrine Horn can contact you.
Filling in the questionnaire does not mean that your appointment is granted!
Once you’ve filled in the questionnaire, you can click on a link to be taken to Katrine Horn’s online scheduler. There, you’ll be able to pick a suitable time for your appointment. You can change the appointment time if you find out you won’t be able to make it. Any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the appointment time is due as is any payment for it.
You may not be granted an appointment if your request does not concern any of Katrine Horn’s areas of expertise. Katrine Horn may advice you to seek medical or therapeutic advice if she finds that any of these would be a more appropriate response to your request.
Any information you choose to divulge to Katrine Horn remains confidential. She may choose to use some of your information to illustrate or teach, making sure, of course, that you remain unidentified.
Payment
All prices on Katrine Horn’s websites are in US Dollars or in EUROS.
Prices for products and services may change without notice.
Payments can be made via Stripe or through a bank transfer or most forms of eBanking.
If a client buys one on one coaching, the client agrees to use of their sessions in the specified time frame. Unused sessions won’t be refunded.
Exchange
The following articles cannot be returned nor exchanged : digital downloads (PDF, JPG, MP3, videos…).
Katrine Horn Coaching cannot accept the return of digital downloads (PDF, JPG, MP3, videos…).
All digital products (PDF, JPG, MP3, videos) that you have been able to download or view on our sites are readable by standard software. Please make sure that you install and update your applications and browsers regularly, that you adjust your device and application settings and that you clear cache memory to allow an optimized use of the products.
Refund
COACHING SERVICES
About “Stop Pleasing & Start Seducing” and “Make Your Dreams Into A Plan” :
– If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the time of your appointment, you be refunded the full $450.
– If cancel under 24 hours ahead of your appointment time, you’ll be refunded 50% of the full price, that is $225.
– If you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, there’s no extra fee.
– If you reschedule under 24 hours before the appointed time, you’ll be charged en extra 10%.
If a client buys one on one coaching, the client agrees to use of their sessions in the specified time frame. Unused sessions won’t be refunded.
If you want to request a refund of any service, you can do so by sending an email to contact@katrinehorn.com stating why you would like a refund. Refunds will be dealt with individually. A refund can never exceed the initial price of a service.
